This is really the perfect opportunity to stay inside and watch movies. Or better yet, it's a perfect time to visit your local independent movie theater, then get inside, and watch movies. At the new SIFF Uptown they are celebrating Jim Henson's legacy: today you can see Labyrinth and/or The Dark Crystal - two visually stunning classics. If puppetry ain't your thing, Central Cinema is showing select episodes of everybody's favorite TV show about four retired besties living large in Miami - "Golden Girls" - and they will also be showing the always hilarious 40 Year-Old Virgin. If none of that strikes your fancy, don't forget to check out what they're playing at the Grand Illusion and the Northwest Film Forum.
