Classy-Ass Leftovers: Barbecued Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Sliders: they're, like, one of the most popular bar foods of 2011! What what are sliders really, other than tiny sandwiches made on rolls? Nothing. They're tiny sandwiches, made on rolls. And what do you have in your 'fridge today? Rolls. Also, turkey. Also, the ingredients to make a damn fine slider.

Whether you're having friends over because you've reached critical family mass, or you're just looking for a break from the cold-stuffing-straight-from-the-Tupperware purgatory you usually get stuck in, class up you leftovers by giving them a more jaunty name (and some sauce.)
